Hey! I got it from the loot drops in there. It could net you good gear since it constantly drops purple-red loot drops in there. Cave drop also has a chance for you to net a good loot from that as well. I got purples only though on my cave, really unlucky. All my good ones came from the abundant loot drops coming from the sky in carno island. Also if there's no drops coming down on the island itself for a while, pay attention to the other spots across you. Yellows and reds constantly spawn as well on the snow biome near there and the forest area just south of carno. I only play single player so I haven't had anyone take the loot. As for the Rex, it might've. I looked around the whole carno island but couldnt find him anymore EDIT: I use vanilla btw so i dont really have mods on my playthrough. Spyglass+ seems fun tho.

I discovered Unofficial servers a couple weeks ago. Been taming and breeding rexes for the females/eggs so I can tame Quetzals. As much as I love my server (I love it because of NO major taming/breeding/XP benefits) which means raising rexes takes a long time. I still truly enjoy the server compared to official servers where your shelf life is literally hours........ Looking forward to taming my first Quetzal ever, while trying to find time to play long enough to level my character.

Racial disparity? You mean like how for every black person murdered by whites, there are 8 whites murdered by blacks? Or how you are twice as likely to be shot by police while unarmed if you're white than if you're black? Last year 10 unarmed blacks were killed by police in the US, 20 unarmed whites. And most of those unarmed killings were completely justified because they involved the suspect attempting to disarm the officer to kill them. In one of the incidents three cops were shot, with one of them dying in the hospital afterward. But still it has been called "unarmed killed by police". What happened to George Floyd was despicable and was straight up murder. Those involved have been arrested, jailed, and will face justice. The nation was all in agreement with this, but of course groups seeing an opportunity couldn't help themselves and have tried to start a race war. The democrats set loose Antifa who destroyed black businesses and neighborhoods while inciting violence in those communities. Not one single democrat has come forth and denounced their actions. Their silence is clearly acceptance of these acts. We have equality in the United States. Equality of opportunity. Everyone has the ability to achieve greatness and wealth. Just look at Barack Obama, Clarence Thomas, countless actors and sports figures. All black and most came from poor backgrounds and made it to the top. Morgan Freeman was asked if Race has anything to do with income inequality and look at his response... What this country does not guarantee is equality of OUTCOME. And it shouldn't. If you want to make it big, you gotta work for it. It shouldn't be handed to you and it is deeply anti-American to punish people who did nothing wrong except being born white to give others an advantage. Taking cities hostage and making demands like whats going on in Seattle today is not going to change anything. Have you even seen their list of demands? This isn't a group wanting equality. They're even demanding white people sign over their property to blacks. Last time something like that happened it was the Nazis forcing the Jews to sign over their property. It's insanity.

You people need to look up statistics... More white people are murdered by cops than black people... More black people kill black people ... Don't act like this is about race. This is an outcry for attention. All lives matter not one single race.

I think most Americans love everybody regardless of what color they are. I judge everyone by their character not their skin color. It doesn't matter what "side" we're all on, we just can't throw sanity out the window and allow the whole nation to be destroyed because we are mad.

Today I got another high level Rex at Carno island. Was having fun farming the island for a good bit and got lucky on a 145 Rex. I decided to bring it home and build a big raft made of stone to snuck him in there. I thought things were going as planned, well until I got attacked.... AGAIN. I didn't know this creatures existed and now im reminded of them, LEEDSICHTHYS. I knew i was in trouble when i was seeing big damage numbers on the raft that i built, so i tried as hard as i could to get as close to land as possible and it worked out for me somehow. 200+ hrs in and I still don't know that there are creatures like this in the game lol.

Set up a singleplayer how you like it then go for an "Ultimate ARK" type play-through. I started a playthrough before Syntac even started that series but I've been having a blast. You play through the maps without transferring between them until you finish the bosses of that map and move on. The Island -> Scorched Earth -> Aberration -> Extinction -> Gen1 -> Gen2 -> The Center/Ragnarok/Valguero/Crystal Isles + Transfers open up between all maps.

Aight today started with the joys and hopes and dreams from my last play period... and ended with death and sadness. I started my day full of good spirit and a plan. I spent about 10-15 mins grinding out a trap and tranqs. The trap was from syntac’s ultimate ark aberration videos. I had realized that because my last ravager was dead I still had no battle mount. About 20mins later and no high lvl ravagers I spotted a drop. Now I had been hitting up drops ever since I had gotten my glider suit. This is when the real fun started I looked into the drop and what do I see.. nothing but a asc ravager saddle!! Now it wasn’t a bp but if I did tame a ravager this would make it my battle mount and a good one at that. I had begun to glide back home and forgot I was holding shift. I was looking at the tree ceiling and suddenly began to fall into the water. Now no biggie I’ll just swim back to shore and walk back I wasn’t far. Didn’t even make it back to shore. You were killed by piranhas(100001) or something. Ok I’ll walk back. 2 feet from the beach and I got the message you were killed by a lvl 219 basilisk..... aight I’ll come from the cliff coming down a, carno killed me. A little frustrated I tried again, nearly got to my stuff when a spino and karkinos rolled up like family on a holiday. Dead again. Now the area around my stuff was littered with little green lights. I’ll spare the details but before I got my stuff back there were many many more green lights. Ugh. I headed back to base and logged. The asc saddle was nice but the death was not. Wasted my entire playtime just getting killed... hope you guys have better stories ? here is a screenshot of my dinky little base i cant seem to add a gliding screenshot...

Hey you guys remember before the flyer nerf when you could level up speed on a tappy and have someone shoot from the back whilst you guys flew at super sonic speeds dogfighting. Ya know back when you didn't need to strap a jet engine to a flyer to get it moving at a decent speed..... good times...

I stand in solidarity with black people. Ark players are primarily white and it's about time we experience some dissapointments, setbacks and letdowns so we can feel the pain experienced by African Americans.
