lets see about this fear evolved 3 i quit ark a while back but its still my favorite game i'm just waiting for more content

There will be no EVO event rates while Fear Evolved event rates are active!

Now they haven't said what the rates are yet, just like they haven't said what dino colours there will be yet, but we know there will be colours, just like we know there will be event rates because of that one sentence.

If there was NO event rates and it was just default 1x why would they say no EVO event rates while Fear Evolved event rates are active?

It just needs some commonsense.

I am done with these mysterys. Evey stinking one has been more Tek looking junk. Yes I love my Tek suit, but all this Tek crap is frustrating. I think the Tek gravity grenades were a sign that all "Tek" stuff is not worth the element. Please don't give us anymore blurry images of stuff. Just give us a few details. 

your joking right? its a platform with wire mesh on the sides holding in barrels.  its not that hard to see.  The pictures are done in a 'tek' look but that doesn't mean the items themselves are.

Why does people say it is Tek?    Perhaps it's the hexagons. The hexagons that look just like Tek stuff of before?

Rather disappointing that we didn't get any info on the event. I was really excited to something about fear of the event ( as some of us are already in Tuesday..haha)  

 

Anyone have an idea what time the event begins ?

Haha living here in Australia the updates gonna end up coming out at about 3am on the 23rd, I’m going to have a tough night sleeping with my PlayStation fan on when it’s in rest mode. Otherwise I can’t wait for the event! Gonna be awesome

The Tek-look is just a filter on top of the actual part, its supposed  to indicate a sort of garbled transmission of a hologram of the item. It does in no way mean that all of these are tek, because they  absolutely are not.

The mystery almost looks like a floating platform to build on, that was my first thought anyway.

Imma guess a floating crop plot.

I have a question for SmallTribes players.
I know we get the permanent x3 gathering rates and x2 maturation rates and don't get bonus rates from Evolution events, but in this case if the rates peak higher than x3 would SmallTribes servers also receive the bonus?

That would be pretty damn cool, not a whole lot of flat areas to build on comfortably on some maps.

Not all events have had boosted rates. Rougly 1/3 have had normal rates.

I'm gonna guess that the mystery is some form of floating foundation something for building on water without having to pillar all the way or using rafts. I really hope this means that after this dlc we will see a great improvement to the water in general just a little pipe dream of mine I just really want to see the water areas of all the maps to be good and have the water dinos actually be useful they all deserve a tlc 

Has anyone seen any boosted rate postings for FE3? Everyone is saying last time they did have them, but I haven't seen anything "official"

No. It means the event has its own rates. The event earlier this year was like this. 2x Breed/Maturation, but no Evo on weekends. So it could mean 1x, but it doesn't HAVE to mean 1x.
