i can not find any normal gigas, and corrupted deathworms on SP, official and unofficial servers, what has happened to them?

Normal gigas aren't attacked by everything ?.  They attack everything, but nothing in its right mind attacks a giga.

Normal gigas are EXTREMELY rare.  The only place you'll find them is in a ring just outside of the blue/snow biome dome.   It's quite literally the only place you'll find them.  So if you farm stuff out there, you should be good.

Except a Corrupted (they attack everything non-corrupt on sight, no exception)... though its AI seems to ignore large Carnivores as well, especially Rex.

Wild gigas are constantly attacked by all corrupted dinos in the area and in the end die rather quickly; that why you see only those with corruption and in the end there is no spot to spawn new Giga.

If you would like to fix ecosystem you can try to wipe all corrupted dinos ? GL!

Corrupted dinos don't attack normal gigas. In fact, out of pure curiosity I attempted to get a corrupted giga to fight a normal one by becoming the meat in a giga sandwich and it still didn't work. Even if it did work, the normal giga would wipe the floor with the corrupted version. As we all know, normal gigas once tamed become total weaklings compared to their wild counterpart, and even so, my lvl 95 tamed with 140% base dmg (currently lvl 200 w/210% dmg) has had very little difficulty killing corrupted gigas up to lvl 90. This is because corrupted gigas have much lower health than normal ones AND most importantly.... corrupted gigas lack the gnash bleed effect that normal gigas have.

The first half of this sentence is completely inaccurate. They don't attack wild normal gigas.  The latter half seems to be accurate.
