20GT
Can an alpha Rex be tamed? On wiki it says Alpha Predators can not be knocked out. Is that true> I swear I've seen tamed alpha raptors

Simubaya
Alphas can never be tamed. If you want one to use, you have to trap it and hope it doesn't break free. Which it will do eventually. Better to kill them.
Threealarm
U can tame alphas as I have 3 alpha allos. It just takes a long time to knock out. Then it will loose their alpha at status for all other animals but allos unless u tame the other 2 that are with it.
divisd1
That's not the same thing. The allo is the alpha of its pack, not an actual alpha predator like the raptors, carnos, or rexes can be.

RoyHess666
With cheats/admin commands you can "forcetame" them. They will be rideable but I think they don't preserve the name you give them, nor will they eat or mate. I rember a nice bug in the old days where a force tamed Alpha Rex was breedable with a regular one (made a video of it back then). How much fun we had! ManGorilla
If you have the mod, Yes. On Official, No. You can however paint your raptor to be Red.
Thorium
Yes, you can tame them. They have a different taming mechanic. You need to punch them unconscious with your fists. You can't use a club, you have to use your fists. Also taming efficiency is lowered by your armor value. The more armor you have the lower the efficiency. So best would be to use no armor at all. If you punched it unconscious you just need to wait for it to wake up, no kibble required. It will then accept you as superior and will follow you as it's new leader.
