It's totally a gecko-like fairy dragon with dragonfly wings, seen those in some other games before.

Kind of annoying that someone asked a question about the achievements and mentioned the Center one, when it still doesn't work on Xbox and PS4.  Getting tired of submitting tickets, tweeting devs etc.  Would like to see a fix for that achievement before new ones are added to the game.

The mystery creature looks like a flying gecko mixed with a draco volan

Didn't really answer some important questions that are being dodged because it's proven you guys say one thing then do another without truly showing any care regardless of the community out-cry.

Whatever it is, it's cute!

I really like Ego's image that represents a explorers note. I think it would be really cool to snap screenshots depicting each note.

Also, if the woman on the cover art is Helena, then would it be after she wrote all the explorer notes? This is also assuming that was also Helena in the live action trailer as well. I just always imagined her as more of a scientist rather than a warrior like  Mei-Yin Li, especially since Mei-Yin Li had such a strong connection to her first raptor mount, Wuzhui.

So we now have confirmation that the woman riding the raptor was Helena. She didn't look Chinese so there was no way it would be Raptor Queen Mei-Yin.

Right, but it was just the way she appeared with the gun and on a raptor, which leads me to believe this was after the time she met Mei-Yin. Maybe she picked up some of her skills on their travels together before they left the island. Also, and I need to go back and check the notes, but when Helena was trapped in the cage, it looked like she had long hair back then. 

@Jen @Jat Another question about play anywhere, I plan to host a private server on my computer so that me and my wife can play on without the performance issues of non-dedicated. My question is, will we still be able to play split-screen on xbox on the server, and if not will i be able to play on my PC WHILE hosting a dedicated server assuming my hardware can handle doing so?

 

Is there any way we can get digging in the game, like Minecraft, so we can add basements and hidden stashes?

They should have had the dinos queen herself riding that T-Rex in the background, even if you can't tell it is her.

I know right? Wouldn't it be cool if this mystery lizard actually was Coelurosauravus (the creature depicted in the photo), but mutated slightly because of Aberration's radiation? Rex takes flight once again!

So then, if Helena is on the Utahraptor, is that Nerva on the Smilodon (sabertooth cat)? Also, is that Raia on the fire wyvern for the Scorched Earth cover art? Also, on the final cover art for the game when it was fully released, it now looks like Helena is on a Baryonyx with a bunch of random characters on other creatures in a huge battle? What could all that mean?

Ok I'm at a loss for scorched Earth, what's it's importance to arks story? When does it take place? Will here be some sort of tek cave? Please ark give me Closure on scorched Earth!

Sorry about that, we'll have it fixed for the next update on both platforms.

This is something I believe we're still working out with Microsoft, should know an answer within the 7-10 days I imagine. I will let you know as soon as I do.

I think that Scorched Earth takes place partly before the events described on the Island and partly after those events. Then that's where the story continues with Aberration. Just my guess. It may actually be like a side story type of thing. Sort of like a spinoff, but not if that makes any sense. Something I noticed was that there are several arks that aren't unique (e.g. there is more than one Island it seems). I wonder why that is? And which Island are we on in the game?
