Quail
A sarco was my very first tame on official, but it's not only sentimental value, they are still pretty useful late game and I always will have one. Pachies are my favorite dinosaurs so I have a tendency to tame a ton of them

It is stupidly loud and I have found myself with my ears ringing slightly from it. I'm not sure if the bug is still around, haven't ridden a procop in awhile, cant find any to tame. Then agsin finding requires searching and searching requires leaving the base. That bug has been fixed
DaEndGame
Oh. Well in my defence it has been a long time since I took Jackaroo (my procop) out.
rawsh
Terrorbirds, even tho their attack is still bugged, and the "glide up a tiny ledge bug" that eats all its stamina in 2 seconds, is still in, i just love em, got some for caves and a pure speed breed(quite the bullet) for fun trips. close second has to be Mantas, they are tedious to tame, and have the stupid tendency to kill themselfes during lags, but once youve sat on a 300+ speed Manta you know why i love mine, but ive never seen anyone besides me use it, maybe because highlv mantas were untameable for too long on official. I sometimes go underwater with it since it is very fast, but it's really hard to chew on anything with that mouth of his.

It would be either the procoptodon (they really need a kick attack) or the diplodocus. Why? Who doesn't love the dopey way the diplo plods about and pushes you around. The Procoptodon renders people temporarily deaf, which makes defending against a raid harder to coordinate, plus who doesn't like bouncing along on a massive kangaroo. Roo is awesome as an alternative to flying. Plus has better health and more weight gains. Stick a tribe member in the pouch and they can use a pike for fighting or tools to go around and harvest

Decent atv type tame, the attack kinda sucks but a good stat'd sarco can still kill things like alpha raptors.

LiamCSD
Woolly Rhino, love it. Its single hit damage is not beaten by anything. So much damage and power in such short bursts. It can take on almost anything without a problem.
Critter
I seen a post here about raptor packs, so I tried it. My god do they shred 6-7+ fast.

When we were playing on a regular island server, I hunted and hunted for two perfect 120's and then bred them to get a "super" carno. vonholtz
For me it has to be the Beavers. Fast in the water not bad on the land. And they hit hard as well as carry more wood, stone, and thatch. Oh and just for the fun of it there saddle are smith. And they are cute as well. What not to like about them.

boblienhart
The bear! I got my first one a couple of days ago and it is fun when it gets up a full head of steam. And it gathers FIBER along the way. And it doesn't pick up so many berries at the same time so it doesn't quickly get weighed down like a stego does after 2 or 3 swipes of its tail. I breed them for succeeding in the ice cave btw. Tried it months ago and failed, but now we get better saddles for them and it shouldn't be that hard again. Durinsfolk
Parasaur... it was my first ever tame and it's like a horse. I always tame one every time I join a new server.. they are exciting to explore on. They can be fast on land and decent in water. Just watch out for bugs...and pretty much anything else

Oh well, didn't know that fishing is so useful. But I have a journeyman fishing rod. Are rod + tree sap enough for fishing saddles with higher quality or do I need to consider something else?
