Ongoing Server Instability & Crashes

GEN2 990, 937, 922, 995 more than 36 hours servers offline!!! characters stuck there! now there is an event that no one will extend, and players who are stuck on disconnected gen2 servers are losing event time due to technical problems with the game servers! 😡

I've never seen 995 down for over 24 hours before, but 995 been offline for almost two days now.

And some 995 players are unable to refresh their other servers because of their character stuck on 995.

EU-PVE-OFFICIAL-GENTWO1004 not available 2 day.  The support request is automatically closed. Will this server no longer work? Or is there work going on and will it revive?

Since February 12, several gen2 servers have not been working! where else to write that they were repaired? maybe some minister or president? we are already tired of sending reports!!!! 990, 922, 937, 995!!!! wake up your workers! I couldn't play all weekend! the event passes by!!! 🤬

My server is gone.  He's been gone for two days.  Why is there no information from the developers ???

Is anyone else having problems with gen-two pve servers or is ours particularly problematic?  I would hate to give up our location and swap
but this is literally becoming unplayable - anyone on a server with less issues?

I've put in outage reports but na-pve-970 server is badly lagged, crashing multiple times a day and having average 42 minute outages.
we're down to under 80% uptime for the past week and it's crashed 3 times today already

990  937 995 922 servers did not work for 3 (!!!) days. you turned them on for 1 hour and the servers are offline again! players have already missed 3 days of the event due to the fault of your equipment!!! if you can't cope with the equipment, extend the event! everyone wants to participate! ARK Official Server Outage Report again bombarded with reports 😡😡🤬

My character is stuck on the server and I can’t enter my main base at EU TheIsland1021. The server has been down for one whole day. What should I do?

Was wondering if anyone else still sees this server in their list, I was on it 2 days ago it's where my main account is along with all the drakes I'm raising. Tried to login today and it's the only server missing from my list and it shows the server status as healthy.

Sorry if this the wrong forum to post this in or did i do something wrong? just made a topic that my ab server 718 isn't on the server list and my topic was deleted and i didn't receive a message or anything explaining why it was deleted. 

Asking others from the server it's been pointed out to me that only 5 NA aberration servers are showing up, anyone know if they are doing maintenance on the rest or did i miss an announcement?

Nothing was removed. It was merged here with this existing topic.

my val server na 1066 been missing at least 1-3 hrs since got home could be longer i went through the server outage report once when noticed and again just now to let em know its still not there i've looked favorites and main listings and nothing oh by the way i'm on ps4 and far as i know its not a legacy

I can guess it's the event. Usually mine has lag and crashes at the most inconvenient times. Like coming back to my base after taming or going on a run.

server 1007 has been down for about 40 hours.  How to unload a character from there.  It is useless to write to support, they are silent.

You can submit a Server Outage ticket by just clicking or hovering over "Support" then "Report Outage".

those support do not care.  The ticket was filed more than 3 days ago.

Filed reports now for 3 days: NA-PVE-Official-GenTwo992 has been offline.

 

Cant you guys ever get your crap together? Does anyone read the reports that players file? If you ignore a problem, does it go away.

 

Think with your wallets for Ark 2 people. Dont be fooled a 2nd time.
