Where to find normal/ice wyverns [not the falcor dragon]

Trying to figure out where to find wyverns on Extinction, on my server a guy has a big blue one he's riding around on.

He must of brought it from Ragnarok.  Apparently no regular wyverns spawn on the map, so no eggs can be found.

Unless you are on unofficial you cannot transfer them, so either they’re cheating or it’s unofficial.

Or it’s a Lightning Wyvern.

Still, everyone is saying there is no regular wyverns on the map.  So unless corrupted can lay eggs.  Or there is a super secret spot no one else have found.

A transferred Wyvern, genius. They could’ve transferred it from SE or Rag. I was referring mostly to Sharpshot’s comment but forgot to quote.

If you look at the wiki and confirmed map dinos, the only wyverns on the Extinction map are corrupted. Corrupted dinos are not tameable, nor do they lay eggs.

Don't forget about Forest Wyvern. They too appear as minions for Forest Titan, and clearly are untamable in any ways as well.
