Ark is unplayable at this very moment Ark is really unplayable atm... 255 ping almost constantly, especially genesis and ragnarok are just too bad to be true.. there is an event on but timers are almost as long as x1.. With easter event coming i really hope we can get the servers on decent hardware... i want to be able to enjoy and tame during this event, since this event is the only one with cyan in it... This is my favorite event! Thank you for all of the work that is being done. There are problems but there are good things too! I love having non racing to package type events and more events where everyone can be nice to each other and still get chibi and items. Plus this is my favorite color scheme for the dinos! xoxoxoxox -------> WC

A game so exciting but so unplayable and frustrating at the same time, 255 ping. Dear, You could have noticed that since the release of the new GENESIS DLC, it becomes like a habit at WILDCARD. They sell a season pass which should have been released at the end of 2019. Everyone thought that WILDCARD understood its errors with the EXTINCTION release. I understand that with this global coronavirus crisis, we are all impacted and all confined. this leads to a drop in staff. They are nice, they put us in unusual events (x2 x3 x3.5). Without taking into consideration the remarks on our reports. You have deleted all LEGACY servers, without really thinking that your machines are obsolete and that they should be reduced to less virtual machine. In my post I dont want to detail the other problems that have encountered in the community ... We all love this game, we all paid to be satisfied. Everyone thinks it is a dupping problem, caused by Chinese or Russians, I really think it comes from the performance of your servers, and that you prefer to save for your own sake. You will cause frustration and hatred unintentionally. Please listen to me, and react to its constant problems on your servers. cordially, Mushrock
