Ongoing Server Instability & Crashes

Hi all,

all Valguero EU Servers are down since yesterday afternoon.

Does anyone know whats happening?

Anyone else having issues login? I have been trying to get into my server for almost a hour and it’s keeps telling me I can retrieve address

It'll be the update they've messed up, happens a lot, could be hours could be days?

I see the update gremlins are at it again, can't join to top up or imprint maturing dino's! How frustrating this game is sometimes..... Does anyone have a timeline for how long this might take to fix?? Does anyone care?😬

I lose more Dino’s to their lag and bad servers than to gameplay. It’s a game against the servers, can’t even play the game. Like ever.

I spoke to WildCard about this. They are looking into it.

I understand all the challenges of game support and the frustration of gamers. Personally id rather have stability than events or bonus colors. Boosts and colors do no good if i do not have the opportunity to participate in achieving them. Only time that i have issues is when there is a change. As someone who has worked in release and change management i believe a process step is not being met or documented correctly. Clear processes and communication of them would help here i believe.

After the pax update all I get is could not retrieve address not even playable haha

I can't get the update to appear in my Xbox queue, and it won't retrieve addresses from any servers.

When the 3x update landed not just myself but many others are struggling to be able to join for the 3x rates trying to log in to server always results in an error popup on the screen and can't fix it is there going to be an update to fix this so we can join or are we wasting our time and breath

Hello, after the 2nd update that yall did back to back i cannot join my server due to the fact it says 'cannot retrive adress" i play in gen 2 a pve server no theres no way i could play my server and probably lost all due to the fact the update messed me up

Please devs fix the problem I'm about to lose so much babies we just threw out about a 100 babies that needs food and none of us can join and we are 10 people online at the moment in our tribe trying to join please fix the problem

We had so many babies out… and it won’t let us log into the server. What’s going on… been like it for a few hours now. Babies will be dead..
