I'm willing to bet that not all of those servers will be repurposed, they will just be deleted. If this is what they intended to do all along they should have been honest months ago. A message like this would have been nice, "These servers were for testing purposes only. All servers will be wiped for official release this August with fresh servers, better performance, and a fresh start for everyone!". Titan696 Posted August 26, 2017 Share Posted August 26, 2017 you can tell how well the console version has gone down by looking at the achievements, 0.0% of people have defeated the bosses on the centre map, most of the boss achievements sit at 0.2-0.3% completion. Anyone that cannot find metal is basically someone that has left there character standing and the spawn point. As for your griping about having to restart on a new server and grind your way back up, welcome to survival games. You sound like you want care packages handed to you so that you don't need to do the work. Well hate to break it to you but the grindis half the game. After a point, it becomes a mmo, which is the base core part of the game people stay for, and also what keeps the paid dlc rolling. If you don't understand this just look at the player count on official extinction servers and the amount of posts requesting an annual culling of some sort... not many out there. Sure many PvP players wanted officials wiped and still do even after deciding to go to the new officials, but when you mention their new setup getting axed by wildcard one day, you will get a very different response. Most still want legacy wiped for the same reasons they wanted a new isolated server network- for revenge. That revenge won't be complete to them until their former oppressors are wiped from ark. Was given info stating during realise of game nothing would happen to the servers that they wouldn't be wiped by WC but here we are servers being wiped by wild card can't get stuff from one server to the other because server full can't get on to save anything from either server. Dedosing going on so bad that if you do get on you crash right back to the home screen . WC what makes you think ppl won't sue over you stating one thing and doing another. Yes we where better testers for you that we paid for the game when most get paid for doing what we did but you should stand by your word! All the time that was put into a non paying job as some would call it is making millions for WC and we are left to start over in all aspects of the game. All I want is a straight up answer for all the times someone put in tickets, their time and patience for a game that's no even ready to come out how you plan to satisfy all your early access players without sending us away without anything?
