From the testing I did it has 32k health vs 20k on the wood and while the wood will sink after 6 or so hits it takes 40-50 for the Leed to sink the speedboat. I tossed 100 gallons on it and it will show you "Fuel: 100% x99" after you start it up. It looks like you could easily circle the island on a gallon or 2 of gas. Seems pretty efficient.
