    It is. It’s been pretty broken since the day it was first released. I won’t touch it. The code is the same code running on the Xbox. It’s a UWP application. It’s an absolute broken cash grab.

    You won't find any saddle BPs in the over land drops. Those are in the deep sea crates and in caves. There's nothing you can do to affect the quality of the items inside them.

    Most of my posts are with tongue firmly in cheek. I see where you are coming from but from an economic standpoint, having just the server admin pay for the mods is like just having the movie theaters pay for the film but the people streaming in to watch it do so for free. It's not sustainable. The system they have set up now is not a modpass type of system where buying into one grants you access to all. It's like the app store, each pays for what they use.
