Rintrahhh
I ride a Basilosaurus and use a pack of 4 megalodons when I go into the ocean. I play singleplayer though. I can easily kill even alphas.

They are slow but really good and killing most anything in the ocean if you get a good one. Pump health which can get quite high as well, stam, and of course some melee. NedBeverage
Last time I farmed those tentacles (for Alpha Dragon fight), I used a high level Spino. It was great, the squid would latch on and I'd just keep chomping.
BlueberryJackal
Tame a Baryonyx. It can help when taming a Basilosaurus. These are the perfect aquatic creatures, they recover fast, they cant be stunned or grabbed. Perfect for Tusos or Biotoxin farming. But it gets pressure damage when its too deep. It cant recover health then. But with some health and melee it can be a good mount, but you also have to pump a lot into stam, as it loses it very fast.
