Just wondering but I understand for the need to shut down servers. But please bring the servers back up at the time you said you would. When you don’t do that it kind of becomes a guessing game of when it will be back up

I hope they do fix this but the worst part is no communication. If they told us what was happening and when it would be fixed I would be less annoyed. Right now I am angry and want my money back. For Genesis and the Explorer Edition as they don’t deserve to be supported by customers they ignore

Me and my tribe cannot open doors or access body bags however we can access bodies and i just lost stuff to this glitch 

Reapers can no longer tsil wipe, crabs cant oss now, and lots of saddles are having there armor levels just changed back to 25.0

All thia in abb since the recent few updates.  Please fix.

are mindwipes unable to be used in genesis part 1 or are thay glitched on ps4 when i put in fridge its fine but when put in my inventory its marked with -8s? 

I am not happy cause i purchase the genesis part 1 and i can't play it on single player i want my money back before i call the cops on u this is bs

This garbage dlc was delayed a whole 2 months but still has a crap ton of bugs garbage devs

Invisible scout's, drones, reapers, ferox losing levels when logging off, I fell through the world teleing to the volcanic biome, also had a tek rex hit me into a rock and killed my tek rex and me broke all my stuff instant death.....playing on xbox please fix.

I lost all my mission progress and I lost all the glitchs I collected cam anyone explain why that just happened I lost so much time and progress

Did you get a response to your support ticket?

I just want to know if this is something Wildcard need to fix or if it is a Sony issue.

Idk bout prim servers but you can't use Tek on the og gen1 servers anyway

I have a question... when I try to join my friends non dedicated server on ps4 it shows up “this map has not been downloaded” for volguero and genesis only 2 I tried so I want to know is my game bugged or?

We are a joke to Wc, we complain of glitches they put it in the game for us to fix. Just so we run around fixing glitches just like them irl. So genesis = bugs and glitches.

who knows when the full transfer will open?

I bought the season pass for the Genesis but it isn't letting me get into the Genesis maps what's up with that is there a glitch?

They replied with essentially: “try downloading it.” Worst response ever, waited days to be told to raptoring download it. Insulting. May as well tell me to try turning it off and on again.

Dear Ark creaters, I am once again going to voice my dissatisfaction with not only the Genesis DCL but now the entire game. My husband and I have been trying to play the DCL together since it came out, unfortunately for us (obviously not for you who created it, because you already have our money) we have not been able to. So I finally just decided that we should just continue to play one of the other maps together, BUT GUESS WHAT!? Not only can we NOT play The new DCL together, but it is also saying that the other maps have not been downloaded now as well. This is horrible, we paid good money for all of the DCL’S. If you’r not going to fix this major problem before all the other little things, then we the people should be able to get our money back!
