Dear Ark creaters, I am once again going to voice my dissatisfaction with not only the Genesis DCL but now the entire game. My husband and I have been trying to play the DCL together since it came out, unfortunately for us (obviously not for you who created it, because you already have our money) we have not been able to. So I finally just decided that we should just continue to play one of the other maps together, BUT GUESS WHAT!? Not only can we NOT play The new DCL together, but it is also saying that the other maps have not been downloaded now as well. This is horrible, we paid good money for all of the DCL’S. If you’r not going to fix this major problem before all the other little things, then we the people should be able to get our money back!

So let me understand this correctly, Genesis has just been released and although the people who can play it say it’s amazing, there are still people who are unable to play it. AND instead of making fixing these problems you’re number one priority for the people who paid Genesis with their hard earned money, you the Ark creaters are just going to move onto the next big project that makes you more money. I want my money back that I wasted on the season pass for Genesis if your not going even going to make a real effort to fix the problems that people are continually complaining about.

I am very disappointed in the new Ark Genesis Add on, it has been about 5 days since the release and my husband and I still cannot play together, on a non-dedicated server at that. We have googled and YouTubed how to fix this problem and have continuously tried all the fixes suggested. The game just continues to tell us that the map has not been downloaded, I’m not saying address all the problems at once, but I would have rather waited an extra month for the add on to come out then for it to come out and I can’t even play it.
