Hello, lilpanda.  I just submitted a server ticket regarding PS4 vanilla 736, but I feel that the information I was able to provide was woefully inadequate.  Would it be possible to expand upon the submissions form for future reports?  I had no proper means to indicate that the server, over the past several days, has had minor rollbacks (minutes lost, not to day 1), significant rubberbanding/displacement, and mass disconnects every 15 minutes or so.
