  1. Message released by Maffle (Annunaki's Modder), is valid for every other Mods: @everyone # Bug Discovery. I've reported this to the ARK Modding Community about this and hoping this gets fixed, but I've discovered that the bosses are not dropping their loot is because of this check box called "Is Boss" which disables death inventory on wild dinosaurs. I'll be working on unchecking these settings on the bosses to fix the issue until Wildcard fixes the issue. This explains why Odracir is not giving the loot after being killed, you can blame Wildcard for that one after Abberation content was updated for the Devkit.
  2. If you bought the Bob DLC: at level 86 you will be able to unlock the Gun that allows you to see the "Traits", with which you can remove the "Traits" from any Dino. The question I ask myself (and I imagine this is what you are asking) is: will a Dino tamed by a Player who DOES NOT own Bob's DLC have his "Trait" active despite not owning the DLC? if the answer is yes: how do we know which Ability is active on that Dino? And how do we deactivate it (or, in fact, eliminate the "Trait")??
  3. Hi, are you in Official-Server or Unofficial or SinglePayer?
  4. hi, I apologize if I dare, ASA has been out for less than a year and you already have half the necessary points but also Equipment and Dino much more advanced compared to the moment you started from scratch... so if starting from scratch you are been able to obtain 350,000,000xp, I suppose you will be able to obtain the same amount in less than six months, considering that in the meantime Extintion (and who knows maybe Gen1) will have already arrived with new Explorer Notes and Giga everywhere. At this moment I would tell you to move to The Center if you want to kill Dino of a higher level and then move to Ragnarok in case it arrives before Extintion, time will still be necessary, nothing comes Gratis and only consistency in work rewards with maximum levels. ..
  5. No problem, even additional information can always be useful, many times it also helps to better understand situations overall. We are in the "ASA general discussion" section so it could have been implied that you were talking about ASA, but given the type of topic I preferred to ask and specify the difference
  6. Hi, is the question about Ark-Evolved or Ark-Assended? - If it concerns Evolved (and talking about the latest version, because in previous years some things were different): YES, Imprinting increases the Speed of all Dino not-Flyers by 20% (with 100% complete Imprinting), only Flyers DO NOT receive this bonus except for Snow-Owl who will receive the 20% bonus (making him the fastest flyer in ASE when diving and lifting his nose just before touching the ground). - If it concerns ASA (Assended): NO, currently no type of Dino gets Speed Bonus in ASA. Since in WC they decided to eliminate the possibility of modifying speed points, it is not even possible to get the Imprinting bonus on it, at least on the Official Dinos that we have with the first three maps. --- Allow me to add a clarification to what @Pipinghot wrote: given that the Wiki.gg, due to the decision not to use two separate sections between ASE and ASA, can create confusion for those who do not know that the original pages have been improved over time based on the information updated over the years of ASEvolved, but only a few pages have updates based on ASAssended; it is certainly very complicated to create a single Wiki that concerns the same game but with two very different versions (ASE and ASA) and on many pages they are trying to "warn" that the page includes ASA or is not yet updated... this is demonstrated by the link inserted by Pipinghot, throughout the page there are references to Patches that concern exclusively ASE, at the bottom among the Notes you will still see references to ASE Patches and even more importantly at the beginning of the page it is clearly specified that "updating the information for ASA will be performed in the coming weeks." The reason I checked that link is that I found the description "the bonus applies to ALL Stats" very strange when in reality four stats are excluded: Stamina, Oxygen and Creation Skill are not affected by the bonus Imprinting and this is actually also confirmed in the Wiki a little further down in the description, the fourth Stat I'm talking about is Torpor where the Wiki says it receives the Bonus... yet it appears to me that the Torpor score depends EXCLUSIVELY on the actual level of the Dino (multiplied by a base number of that specific Dino). <-- @Invincible if you're there give it a shot!
  7. OP asked for Dinopitecus King, not for Megapitecus...
  8. Hi, did you read the message above? Are you playing on XBox? ..if yes: do you have an active Core or Ultimate subscription?
  9. If you mean "modifying the game code" I assume that "author's rights/copyrights" come into question but I don't have the right knowledge to tell you to what extent you could do this privately and exclusively for yourself. However, if you use the Devkit made available by WC you may be able to do many custom things in the form of Mods and perhaps even get an approval from CurseForge to make it officially usable. If instead by "codes" you mean the "Console commands" that are inserted into the game... well those are function commands, so no.
  10. Hi, yes it is possible by loading the PG/Objects/Dino via the Terminals (Obelisks) or even the Sky Drops in the same way as the Servers. As in ASE, ASA also creates a separate save file for each map (you will see an icon next to the map name which indicates the presence of a saved game there). The only note to remember is that some Dinos are not allowed on some maps (for example in the next Aberration you will not be able to deploy many types of animals and no birds) and if you try to download them directly from the data you could risk them disappearing (if instead they have been loaded as an object in the Cryopod should prevent you from materializing them), furthermore a frequent suggestion is not to download the Dinos all at once: download them one at a time, remove the first and download the second, remove the second and download the third, and so on.. As a precaution, also avoid traveling with active skins. For the rest you shouldn't have any problems. PS: what do you mean by "is it possible to modify the code?"
  11. Yes exactly... Is a good suggest for OP
  12. Descended is a Mod that I quite liked subsequently I played Primal Chaos ASA which I didn't like, while now we are playing Annunaki which seems to be thought out a little better and the changes announced seem to intensify the challenge and promise well. However, just one piece of advice about Descended: when (if) you defeat the SuperMegaThierOP Dragon, DO NOT USE IT IT WILL CRASH THE SERVER <!>
  13. Probably yes, try cryopod and unpod it..
  14. Hi, I play on XBox and I confirm that the Manual Save option is not yet present but that the "saveworld" Command Console can also be run on XBox and works correctly (I have tested); regarding the defects of Auto-Save I can't give you any guarantee but it works correctly for me, both when I exit the game and then return, and in the meantime I play (in the standard time frames), obviously I will be taken back a few minutes when a crash occurs (this would happen even if you have the Manual Save button active but don't use it every 2 minutes).
  15. Edited: now the translation seems to be complete and correct (it took me longer to correct the translation than to write :D) Hey... you don't have to take it, Pipinghot is always very direct and is often misunderstood as a "critical attacker" even when his intent is to point out (and analyze) the details in a diplomatic and blunt way. For your part (CptYarr) I have often seen your commitment to helping anyone when you can, and even to joke with some fine jokes. The point in your discussion is that you're not understanding each other: CptYarr gave the first answer, "Have you tried in the last nine hours? It has to be faster than waiting all this time." simply referring to the fact that after 9 hours no one had yet told him yes/no, Lpd688 answered him with the personal and correct motivation of why he is not testing it himself, Rich understood the misunderstanding and pointed out that CptYarrr does not even know the problem since this does not exist on PC (while on XBox the Manual Save option was removed, so it is not a "random" problem but concrete and persistent... even now) and in its third answer (CptYarr) quietly admits this point. It was the second answer that was slightly misunderstood (combining it with the first answer: maybe not correctly understood) because maybe there was a missing piece of the sentence that CptYarr gave as a implied: "considering that after more than 24 hours no one has given an answer ""If you just play for a few minutes and then try to save maybe?""" I think it is the most obvious suggestion if I do not know the problem in question because the only alternative is to wait here for an answer that may not even arrive (it is then up to OP to decide whether to wait indefinitely here or wait for the time of the installation and understand what the current situation is). Pipinghot for your part "It's really strange that you're arguing with the OP for no apparent reason" makes me realize that you didn't interpret CptYarrr's intentions in the correct way (as I analyzed above) especially in the first answer (which was in reference to the time spent without getting any answer here on the Forum) and I bet the reason is that you also didn't personally encounter this problem (because you play on PC), a part of your pointing comes from this and a part comes from lack of knowledge of the problem itself; I take the liberty of replying to your (Pipinghot) first message: in reality this problem has been often discussed on the Forum and especially in the first few days it was often explained that this problem does not occur on PC but that it concerns the **removal of the option of Manual Save which appears in the Pause menu, only on the Console (on the PC it is currently present, if I'm not mistaken it was only deactivated for a period), combined with the fact that the game also has a defect in auto-save that in some cases does not work properly (add, combined with frequent Crahs that then bring you back to not knowing when if you have not manually saved) ** of which none of WC has ever given a concrete explanation as far as I know [[if anyone has news refreshes our memory]]. So yes, the problem happens to all players * on Consolle*, every time * because the situation has not changed at all *, and the reports on the Forum are unpredictable only in the aspect of self-rescue that usually works but often presents its Bug and freezes; in addition we know well that not everyone always reads or reads the whole Forum and that many enter to ask the problem without having been present in the past or without having searched in related discussions and that Almost no one is aware that part of this problem is present exclusively on Consolle, this cause "from the reports on these forums is intermittent and unpredictable." The moment I'm writing almost three days have passed without anyone giving an answer or at least an explanation, so if Lpd688 had downloaded the game in the meantime, he would immediately realize that the Manual Rescue option is not yet present, if he then chose to try to play an hour he would understand if the game saves automatically or if the related Bug is persistent, then it was up to him to decide whether to put the game down until a resolution. the two problems or whether to play aware of the current uncertain situation. We certainly all agree that performing the tests personally could bring the answers we are looking for without needing to ask, but I think we can also agree on the * to ask if someone has already tested or already knows a concrete answer/explanation that can save a certain amount of time *, that's why in all this debate I see only a misunderstanding from two people who have the same intent: to help. So now a big sigh reminding us that we are all here to help each other 😉

  17. From what you wrote in the first message I assume that you are playing in SinglePayer and with some Mods active, correct? And in the test you did on a different map, did you keep the Mods active or did you deactivate them to check if this defect comes from an active Mod? Do you have the same problem looking in the inventory of an Argentavis with saddle? (also sorry for asking this trivial question but are you sure you are looking in the original Vanilla Smithy? Some Smithy of the Mods may have "limitations")
  18. Hi, try deactivating/activating "folder view", it's the icon at the top right that is used to group the engrams into folders or view them all on the page. I'm on XBox and I don't have your problem but the above tip solved a similar thing that happened to me in the kitchen.
  19. You said you were on Official, in the tests you did did you wear Skin and Chibi? If nothing works, then give it a try by going completely empty in your inventory and with no armor/skin/chibi, only bring the Eggs with you to distract the parent. Let us know if you understand the problem PS: Don't leave your Dinos nearby either.
  20. Hi, try checking that the feature is not "disabled" in the game settings.
  21. Remember that the parent must not be blocked (neither in a cage nor by the surrounding ground). Distract the parent with a fertilizzed egg left on the ground nearby and everything should work fine.
  22. ...no Guys..Deinosuchus is out of mind!!! ..I would say "ATOMIC"!!! They absolutely need to nerf it: -- too easy to tame [passive tamable with 16 Superior Kibbles (Argy/Moscop eggs + 1 Sap + 1 Jerky meat + 2 Lemons + 2 Rare Mushrooms + 5 Fiber) for a Lv150 considering taming at 1x] -- too much attack power: 55 base damage with bite every 0.45 seconds (about 120 DPS damage per second); 70 with tail swipe every 5 seconds and knocks back; listen, listen... his charged attack inflicts a stunning 425 base damage (taming a level 150 which takes 45 points in damage reaches around 400% = 1700 without Imprinting or added points) and that's not all... if the bite is charged to 100% it will also inflict bleeding broken bones (I still have to make sure it is like the Carnotaurs: -5% hp in 10 seconds) -- very high base health hp 1000 lvl 1 (taming a lvl 150 with 45 points gives you 10,000 hp without Imprinting and points assigned, around 2,000 hp more with Imprinting) -- the saddle is unlocked at level 74 but it can already be found in the yellow Drops (openable at level 45 on TheIsland and TheCenter, 55 on SE, 65 then on ABB) -- and if the above wasn't enough...well it also has damage reductions!!! -50% immediate damage to the head -65% arrow damage to the body (+ reduction if hit in the head) -30% firearm damage (+ reduction if hit in the head) -- did you think that was enough? Well it would seem that it also doesn't attract Agro from anyone... not even Piranha and it wouldn't seem like Carcha/Giga either <-- I think this is a temporary bug .....neeeeeeerf it.....
  24. Play you on XBox, PS5 or PC? On PC the "Save command" is in Pause Menu, but it is disabled on XBox (and PS5(?)) However you can to try to use the command "SAVEWORLD" in the Command Console
