I just bought Ark survival evolved on Microsoft store and my friend has it on Xbox and when we try to play together when either I host or he hosts we both get the same message “join failed” and when I look in the bottom left corner of my screen it says 962.5 and his says 962.6 but gives me no option to update further more when i try to play and non dedicated servers I get the error code “could not retrieve address” I already had Ark on steam and the only reason I got it on Microsoft store was to play with my Xbox friend.
