Is the heaviest fish to be caught only 2.4 even though there are way bigger fishes. I can't find anything online about this. Also the highest fish I've caught is a 2.4, nothing bigger.

I don't know if its against CoC, but are tribes allowed to build around and block off the special explorer notes with metal buildings. They have mostly all of the notes covered so only they can get to them. If its not against any rules then okay. Just wondering?
