  1. It definitely makes all the difference. The server I'm playing on used to lag and crash a lot since the Homestead update and now is back to running smooth again with that update. Thanks for the hard work!

  4. I'm not entirely sure if this works, but did you try an allied platform with a generator? Or simply to connect cables to your existing circuit? I know you can connect to pipes regardless of the owner, so maybe cables use the same mechanics.
  5. I don't think submitting multiple tickets for the same issue is a good idea. Since tickets are treated in the order they are received, everyone that spam tickets are really just increasing the volume of tickets GMs have to read which can certainly be a factor of delays, etc. You should submit a Support Ticket at https://support.survivetheark.com/ instead as I really don't think they are providing any kind of in-game support that are not submitted there.
  6. If you submit a ticket, GMs will transfer your imprints to your new character so making suggestions and discussing the imprinter mechanism is irrelevant to the main topic and should be done in the appropriate section.
  7. The characters being lost has been caused by their anti-duping technology, which was not implemented at the time of legacy.

I've moved all the posts discussing imprints and you can continue the discussion over there: No, the servers are not rolling back. What they did is disabling auto-decay (you know, the timer on your creatures and structures) so that players that lost their characters during the rollback have a chance to get their character replaced before losing everything they own.
  9. That is not true. Your "davetherave" account was created in 2016 and never received any restriction/suspension. Your "davetherave2017" account that was created in 2017 was banned because alternate accounts are not allowed on the forums as stated in the Community Forums Guidelines (rule #5). None of your accounts received any restriction/suspension for any of your comments regarding Wildcard. That being said, if you have any issue using the forums, please submit a Support Ticket. If you do this, they will die. Also you can't pull-grab targets through the World either. Plus all the other fixes that didn't make it to the patch notes. Saying they are not trying nor caring is a bit unfair in my opinion. None of these mods works 100%. They works in very specific cases, doesn't in others and cause more issues in general than anything else. Do your research, tests them yourself, or simply read their reviews and you will realize that these mods are unfortunately just click-baits.

At least, this is how I interpreted it, and this announcement here basically confirmed it.

  19. This is not entirely correct. While they both use the same folder, both save files are named TheIsland.ark and Extinction.ark so the only things that are shared, are the tribe and character profiles. If you do not create a new character, and are using the same on both map you should not have any issue.
  20. "TheHundred" refers to the "TheHundredCrossArk" clusters (a legacy failed experiment that is not popular as far as I know). Since the exception is between parentheses, it only affects what is between them meaning that Small Tribes and Conquest will have servers available. As for when, well, that is mentioned in the main article. I believe that this would indeed be in violation of the "no teaming rules" of the Code of Conduct.
