I am guessing for spears, axes and the like he is talking about, maybe even for building placement. I personally haven't seen a mod like this sorry, OP. Croasshairs floating in front of your bows is not very realistic (Not that are is about realism lol) and takes away from some of the survival aspect. You can get sights and scopes for the guns, but you'll have to learn how to aim with out them on bows and slingshots.
