Where are Otters?

Where are Otters?

I saw Otters on Valguero when Starting the game (Around Redwoods I think) Now I cannot find them anywhere

They're around, you'll probably have better luck finding them in the smaller lakes(less needle in a haystack), but they're also near shore in the giant mega lake, specially the northern stream that branches off from the megalake.

There're lots of otter places to find them.

Remember they share spawns with fish.  Kill the fish and you open up spawn space for them

We have them spawning in the lake in the Caldera in the chalk cliffs area. As somebody mentioned, usually after the salmon have been killed.
