  1. Hello, Ark Community. This is my first creature submission, based on the Ledumahadi from the Scorched vote, so credit to Jade_317 for inspiration. IF you have feedback or suggestions, please feel free to share them so I can perfect this submission. Im currently working on typing out a mock up dossier, so i will update this in a few days with one. In the Wild: Lessemsaurus can be found spawning out in the wastelands of Extinction. They spawn in herds together ranging from three to five members. They will slowly wander all throughout the wastes in search of large patches of what grass is left. While leaving herbivores alone, they will ruthlessly attack any carnivore or corrupted creature that gets near them, including your tames. Appearance: Size wise, the Lessemsaurus was not much taller than a human, but could be upsized in Ark to roughly the size of a stego, maybe a bit larger. It would also have more pronounced claws than its prehistoric counterpart to reflect its more hostile nature. To add cool corrupted elements to them, corruption could be running down their neck and stomach, with growths around their front legs as well. Saddle: The Lessemsaurus would have a unique saddle, reinforcing its claws with meta and adding metal plating along its neck, as well as saddlebags on its sides. With a saddle equipped, their claw attack would be able to do even more damage, as well as acting as good harvesting tools, with the saddle having a durability to balance it out. With the saddlebags, they will have an additional 25% weight reduction to wood and stone. Gathering: The Lessemsaurus would be able to gather wood, crystalized sap, gems, corrupt nodules, meat, and hide with its claw attack, being at bare minimum as effective as metal tools. It would also be able to gather stone, gems, crystal, and metal with its neck swipe, also being at bare minimum as effective as a metal pick. Taming: As hostile as the Lessemsaurus may seem, taming them is not too hard as long as you have the right supplies. To tame a Lessemsaurus, you need to stealthily and feed it re-fretilizer. THis will cause the Lessemsaurus to regurgitate a spoiled meat slurry in its stomach. You may now passively feed it crops, with veggie cake. A warning though, as its rotten vomit will attract carnivores to the area, which you will have to protect them from. Once one member of the herd is tamed, it would cost more resources to tame each other member, scaling with how many have been tamed. Abilities: Meat Consumption: As the Lessemsaurus was an herbivore in reality, it had only adapted to eating plants. Since the wastelands of Extinction dont have enough vegetation to support such large creatures on its own, they have adapted further. The Lessemsaurus of extinction are able to eat meat like a carnivore could, but have to swallow stones with the meat in order to pro[erly digest it. Even then, not all of it will digest, leaving behind a rotten meat paste that can be taken from its inventory and used as a more effective base for narcotics. Regurgitate: If a Lessemsaurus has rotten meat slurry in its inventory, you will be able to make it regurgitate it, acting like a lure similar to honey for carnivores. It would be used to bait traps for dangerous foes, or as a brief distraction during OSDs. Gallop: The Lessemsaurus would be able to have a charging run while on all fours, starting off slow and picking up speed the longer it runs, similar to the andrewsarchus, able to traverse the wastelands fast while having a good weight. Herd Buff: Similar to the buff that swarms of companies get, Lessemsaurus will gain a buff for each member in its herd, stacking up to a total of 5 members. For each member of the herd, the Lessemsaurus will get a bonus in attack speed, maxing out at an additional 50%, and increased damage, maxing out at close to double. Neck Swipe: The Lessemsaurus will swing its neck at its foes like a club, doing decent damage and a good bit of knockback, though having a slow attack speed with it. This attack is also able to break and harvest stone and crystals. Stance change: Like the Spinosaurus, the Lessemsaurus can rear up on its hind legs, Unlike the Spino, it can not stay on its hind legs for long before returning to all fours. IT is also much slower on its hind legs, only able to slowly lumber forward while in its special stance. Claw swipe: While reared up on its hind legs, the Lessemsaurus will be able to swipe at creatures with the small yet sharp claws on its front legs. While not doing as much damage as the neck swipe, it will be able to attack faster with its claws. Ultimate attack: While using its claw attack, the Lessemsaurus will build up a special meter like the shadowmane. When the meter fills up, it will be able to launch its special attack, using its claws and weight to bring its claws down the sides of its foe, dealing loads of damage and forcing it out of its special stance. If the stance ends before the bar fills or before the ultimate is used, the bar will reset to zero upon returning to all fours. Utilities: I had two things in mind while working on this concept. One was that this creature could be a faster moving resource gatherer, while not being as good a gatherer as a more dedicated one, while also being able to carry a decent bit of resources and collect ones unique to Extinction. The other thing this creature was built to do was to be a good creature to use for OSDs, given its general tankiness as a large-ish creature and damage buffs and capabilities. 2. My two cents is that wyvern are the best. Good damage, fast fliers, and ranged breath attacks
  3. Love this fluffy little spider. Hope it makes it in to at least one vote.
  4. If these guys manage to get added, I shall get a green one and call him Seaweed
  5. What are some of yall's first tames to ho after on Scorched? Personally, I'll go after an Anky as soon as I get a boomerang as they're a pretty good guard for me in the begining.
  6. Does anyone know what all the best hosts for a Rhynio are? I've heard Gina's and Carches are the only good ones and was hoping there were easier ones
  7. To my knowledge, the move was made so new accounts can't vote because people were making alts and voting with them. One post in the creature vote I liked got nuked for a while because of that.
