Hi Jat, trying to contact you on here as for few days we didn't have a reply on the ticket system. We are the alpha tribe, for some reason every structure and dino changed to a different tribe. Everyone is still on the genuine tribe and that new tribe is just a ghost with no one inside created by the game. We have a tribe member called like the new ghost tribe but he is still in the old one with us. We didn't merge or anything, it only happened when the tribe owner was alone online and went to another server to sell some stuff. Once he went back to our server everything was with a different owner. Please we need to recover our tribe, we are like 20 or 25 regular players and everyone on that server knows us and we are allies. Thanks in advance

is really dissapointing to lose the community right before the release, even if the problem can't be sorted an answer on the ticket system would be the least to keep us playing, I'm having difficult times trying to avoid most of our tribe members from uninstalling the game, we lost the work of more than a year...
I'm not pushing the staff to rush, just to gave some news (good ones or bad ones) so we can decide what's our next move.
