Pipinghot Posted October 11, 2016 Share Posted October 11, 2016 One of the things that I'm having difficulty with is intuiting the distances/ranges of various objects in the game, is there some place where the numbers are published? Neither googling nor wiki have given me a concrete list of answers, so I'm checking here to see if I've overlooked a source. For example, I've read that metal water taps have a larger radius than stone water taps, but other than placing plots on the ground to see if they're irrigated (and potentially demo'ing+rebuilding them a few times) I don't know of any way to determine the effective radius of the taps without wasting some materials. I'm betting there are mods that will do this, but I'm playing on Official servers, so I'm asking the question from an Official server point of view. My other example if defensive weapons. If I set my PlantX to "Medium" or "Long" range, I have no idea how far that is, is there a published number somewhere on just how many squares are covered by short, medium and long?
