OneProRaptor Posted September 3, 2016 Share Posted September 3, 2016 So my friends and I have been exploring the new map on a private server and so far we found two caves and two of the 3 new artifacts. There are also loot crates in these caves and in one of them I found an ascendant thorny dragon saddle. The caves also have their normal inhabitants such as the bats, boas, spiders but also have mantis and the smaller rock golems. The caves we found are located at 60,45 and 80,75. Cave 1 has the artifact of the gatekeeper and Cave 2 has the artifact of the destroyer. http://imgur.com/s47CUG1 Cave 1 is located in a chasm between red and green obis at 60,45. http://imgur.com/C4vmbsG http://imgur.com/6XX8pwZ Cave 2 is found in sand dunes in a broken down building at 80,75. http://imgur.com/ZCPTI4n http://imgur.com/0Nqqlie The first cave only has one path and not that many creatures so it may be possible to solo it on official. However the second cave is massive with lots of creatures so bring friends(and maybe a flamethrower). Once we find the third cave I'll edit this post or unless someone else finds the last cave. wildbill Posted September 9, 2016 Share Posted September 9, 2016 So what kind of predators can we expect in these caves? Do they just have beetles, centipedes, scorpions, and boas? Or something worse like the bats? Or maybe extreme heat or cold? I'm almost to the point where I will try to get some sulfur from one of these caves, but haven't seen any videos of people exploring them yet. Oh, the entrance should be a no build zone (at least for PvE, maybe you are on a PVP server). I really don't want to meet a mantis any time soon.
