Then you have 60 minutes to reach the end of the cave. Once at the end, only 10 players and 20 dinos can be teleported at a time. So, if you guys have more players or dinos, then you have to teleport in batch and wait before starting the boss otherwise the players and dinos that didn't teleport yet will be killed upon activation.
