Ongoing Server Instability & Crashes

As allways. players from LEGACY-PVE-NA-GenTwo948 can't enjoy any event since "[][][][][]" make the server crash and then it stays offline for 2 to 4 days .... earlier i saw it was online for 1hour...and now back to offline. Lets just hope Ark2 doesn't make same mistakes.

I want to know what it is that causes GenTwo servers to crash like 8 to 9 times a day. Each crash causing the server to be down for almost 1 hour. This issue has been going on since the start of Gentwo. Why hasnt this issue been fixed? I left GenTwo at the start because of the crazy crashes and still nothing has changed. The reason I went back to GenTwo is because I really really really want to get my missions done. I have heard that many people lost their belonging from crashes. I dont know if its a problem using a hawk? I know the servers are really bad right now because of the holidays. Right now, Im too afraid to leave my base. I am too afraid to go to space, I am too afraid to go underwater to kill sharks with the server crashing. Furthermore, the roll backs are doing more harm then good too. I hear people rage about the rollbacks all the time.

The official server I play on is completely missing. My partner and I started playing on aberration OC pve 145 yesterday. Then suddenly the server kicked us off and we have not been able to see the server since?? It is completely missing from the server list and we were both on our main characters. Is this happening to anyone else?

It seems that the server is being neglected its been 2 days and the server crashes every hour.

20 hours later...OC pve 145 aberration server is back up after sending multiple support tickets

Strangest thing keeps happening on the gen2 server I play on. The server keeps crashing and doing the here but not here thing. So odd it's been increasing in occurrence and it's getting annoying. Anyone else having this issue?

Clearly at this stage of "development", there are root problems that either can not or will not be fixed. We paid for a product, we should be able to recieve the full benefits of said product we invensted in. Events should be extended for the total amount of downtime during an event period that servers are down. You shouldn't have to miss out because you got unlucky on which server you picked to have your main base on. When you fear of losing event dino's, drops or just pure grinding you've done due to rollbacks, it makes this game unplayable at times. I took a long break from this a few months after gen 2 released,  hoping servers would finally be stable and they clearly are not. If we can't trust ark 1 servers, what gives people confidence in buying ark 2 and recieving a stable online experience in return?

The Island official 338 server has been down for 9 hours. Any idea when it will be fixed??

Sucks to miss out on the last event ever when I've spent years supporting this game.

994 has been "down" for 17 hours. It shows 10 people online, no one can actually connect to the server, you get timeout errors every time. I've probably submitted 10 server outage forms. The 10 people its showing online on battlemetrics are clearly stuck in limbo, it shows all 10 have been on for 18 hours straight. I am so done with these servers, this game. This game has been out since 2015, 8 YEARS and we can't have a working product. 8 YEARS.

It's on, though my survivor got moved somewhere and when I connected back it automatically suicide with the equipment
