Swampeh Posted April 4, 2019 Share Posted April 4, 2019 This exact same thing has happened before where you had to roll back servers because of a patch mess up and there was a mass character deletion. What's the point of lagging us out every 15 min for server saves? also chris their lead programmer says on reddit "This is a side effect of dupe protection that's part of the rollback process. You have to work with support to restore anything that you lost. My apologies for the inconvenience." if this is the case and there's no way to fix it then why have you been able to restore everyones character before? You weigh some duped items and dinos over all the time and effort we've put into our characters and imprints?
