nitrado Need help with my private server (hosted by Nitrado)

So I need help with setting up my engrams like how to have it auto unlock aberration items and that I set them in a certain level so that when you hit that level it will unlock, so far I look up so many times never found a good answer. Im also using Expert mode

Are you  referring to modifying the "new items" in Extinction dlc?

so basically I want to have it where when my friends make a character and when they hit the level for the aberration item it would unlock instead of saying learn from that map since they're making a fresh character(they own the DLC as well) at the same time I want to set my tek items to be set to level 85 so when we get to that lvl  all the tek stuff is there and auto unlock as well

If on Nitrado, under the game.ini use: bAutoUnlockAllEngrams=True

All tek is auto unlocked at level 1.

The thing is I don't want to have that command enable in my private server I'd rather have players unlock things legit, I just want to know how I can set it where it will auto-learn certain things that I want to be in my server.
