    Yup this is exactly the problem i had, removing all mods should let you start it back up BUT depending on the mods, you could lose dinos or structures

    Were you running any mods on your server? I ran into the same problem about 10mins ago when updating my servers and the only way i've fixed it so far is removing the mods
