Hello. I recently encountered an issue with my Nitrado server, where it was stuck restarting. An ARK update had "broken" it and Nitrado's solution to fix it was to wipe all my world data (and progress...) I assumed this was a rare thing, so I started over, frustrated that I had wasted all that time. I have encountered the same issue again tonight, and I have written a support ticket and stated that if the only way to fix it is to wipe all my progress again, then I would rather cancel my subscription. I built a new computer to play this game, but if I'm going to lose all my progress every other week, I'm starting to wish I'd never even purchased it. What is the point?
