Mission: „Find all Explorer Notes for +10 Max Levels“ not work!? I collected all Explorer Notes on The Island and Scorched Earth and didn't unlock the 10 extra levels 🥺 I checked everything several times and tried to fix a lot of things myself but without success. please Help!

I have exactly the same problem, I've tried a few things without success. I will submit a ticket.

I played 10845 hours ARK on PC. I play on smartphone since beta. This is definitely a mistake in the game. the bug is reproducible. but no answer from support no GM on server. I can only take screenshots. atm i want to replace my base from stone to metal... again the same mistakes. When i put new pillars i lose on the other side of the base ceilings and or walls!?! that is random and varied. sometimes i lose 4 ceilings or sometimes just a wall...!? The version on iOS has exactly the same bugs as PC Version Beta from 2016/2017 yesterday i parked my Quetz while he has glitched under my base and flown under water i had to quickly destroy some parts so that the quetz could be freed...

@WarDrumJordan Hi ARK Mobile is very frustrating i can not build a base... every hour i lose structures (walls, ceilings, Dino gate) i play on (PVE-Medium-EU) coordinates 80/17. i bought x200 Ancient Amber for 10.99€ in iTunes Store.  I bought a Stone Workshop and built a nice stone base. after relog my half base is gone ? then i built again and again everything disappeared again... About ten times i replace the walls... now i want my money back or my 80 walls back! the game is broken! But what is wrong? Is this a known problem? Hi, today i bought x200 Ancient Amber for 10.99€ in iTunes Store. I bought a Stone Workshop and built a nice stone base. after relog my half base is gone ? then i built again and everything disappeared again... three times is just my half base despawned!? why? what is wrong? i want my money back or my 60 walls back!
