      I also submitted a ticket but heard that not many people get their character back even after submitting a ticket so I hope that's not my case:(

      They are the only ones that can assist with in-game issues. Just be patient until your turn and they should get back to you. :)

      okay thank you very much. What happens if I don't have a screenshot of my character but I have a screenshot of my sample number on some of my imprinted Dinos? could that possibly help my case?
