They said server saves would be available the 30th. I see there are saves but none of the 4 maps I'd like to save are there. PS4 na official servers. What's going on?

I'm sure I'm going to sound dumb with all my questions but I'm freaking out about all this shutdown bs. First off let me start by saying do not have a PS5 and will not be playing asa anytime soon but would like to continue playing ark after they shutdown. Currently I have bases on: na-pve-ps4official-valguero1062 (main base) na-pve-ps4official-extinction1026 (just an outpost mostly bare) na-pve-ps4official-gentwo1590 (secondary base with a lot of things I'd like to keep) and na-pve-ps4official-theisland306 (another smaller mostly empty outpost) Ideally I would like to keep it all, but at min my main and secondary bases). I'm in a tribe with just me and my friend from Australia. I get they changed the date to the end of Sept. That's good news for me because I'm so lost on everything else. I would like to consider hosting my own server so my friend in Australia and I can keep playing. But I'm so confused on how to do that. They say they are doing a server save Aug 25th, that's 3 days away. What does that mean for me and my 2 bases? How do I keep them both? Do I need to take all my dinos out of their cryos? I have probably close to 1000 or so that seems crazy. Please someone willing to take the time to help me understand this help. I'm new to the whole.hosting thing. But I'm not entirely dumb when it comes to technology. So I'd like to.think a proper full explanation of what to do and how to do it would help me understand. Tyia to anyone willing to help!
