They will let you know what they need. I personally have no idea what their restoration process is.

Oh alright, final question if you would know, will they get ahold of me via email because I'm confused what they would do to reach out to me when you said they will let me know what they need?
You should receive an email when they respond to your ticket. Alternatively, you can make sure to check the support desk from time to time I guess.
