How are ASA PvE Official servers?

I can't find much info on the state of ASA servers as far as land grabbing goes in PvE official, I really enjoy official settings and playing with strangers and I know the community was kinda terrible in ASE. 

So anyone give an update on the state of things in that regard? I

Same, pillar and foundation spam is everywhere. Pillars have changed a little, you now need 2 with a ladder... On most official servers you dont have long to 'claim' a spot, although with lower rates it takes a little longer until the entire map is covered.

pillaring needs to get finally adressed with a smart automatic solution - not reporting and waiting days for a possible reaction. It really makes the game worse.

May be a different decaytimer+Rule: too few building pieces connected together will lead to an much earlier decay, which only resets if they get additional buildingpieces added by the owner. If they disapear after just 12 hours, that would mean the owner has to renew the timer every 12 hours by adding another cheap pillar/otherpiece....that would be ridicoulus for larger areas.

It is too easy at the moment: simply relog to reset the much more generous decay-timer. If this would be different, pillaring might become too exhausting for the spammers.
