I would try it but I'm on Xbox. I assume that if this is possible it would require a rider on the manta. if anyone wants to try it out please post the result here! Well everything else that lives in the water dies instantly if it comes out of the water. That's not the case with the manta which is why I was wondering if anyone has tried it.
