SmokeyJune
Pls make Deinonychus maxmimal lvl like all other Dinos! (And Enforcer too) I love both creatures but they are so weak because they only have lvl 180 as maximal level and all other dinos 269 Can you add an option, that players can add them level.. like with baby reaper.. or add them as high level creatures like wyverns
EatMyDust
What? Their maximum level is 150 on Official servers. If you look in the markets you'll see they're already level 260+ hatch. Just buy one off someone.
SmokeyJune
On our unofficial Server max lvl is 180. and so the best Deinonychus and Enforcer you get get without breeding is 180. All other creatures get the bonues lvl. so there are lvl 269 after a perfect tame. that makes enforcer and deinonychus useless. Also on official. Well, the enforcer maybe since they can't exactly breed lol. But the deinonychus? They raise really fast. Breed breed breed and stack mutations, get you a good pack going. They're amazing. TheEclipseee
They're egg raise tames- Like drakes and wyverns. You don't get the extra levels, with the idea being that they're more powerful. Drakes and wyverns also are far below the 224 post tame level of most dinos as well- It's just an egg-raise thing, and to make up for it, drakes and wyverns have the higher level cap, and deinons have breeding. They miss 89 level... IN EVERY CASE... after breeding - after full mutated... they still 89 level weaker than other normal creatures. Rock drakes and wyvern has a higher level cap so they a bit better from beginning
TheEclipseee
You don't get rexes wild from eggs though. While I understand where you're coming from- the idea of egg raise tames is that, yes they are always going to be lower levelled, because they are more powerful. You have to remember that they're a different 'class' of dino. Instead of comparing deinons to rexes, compare them to drakes and wyverns- Because that's how you obtain them. You obtain them just like drakes and wyverns. All three dinos 'miss out' on levels compared to other dinos. Wyverns and drakes have a higher base cap to make up for it, but they can't breed (which is a HUGE reduction in the power they could otherwise have, even if their level capped at 150). Deinons have a cap of 150- so yes, ones straight from the wild are weaker than their counterparts. However, while they have a lower base level than drakes and wyverns, they have breeding to make up for it (which can get you waaaay higher levels than any drake or wyvern). Yes, they 'miss out' on levels compared to wild tame dinos, but so do all other egg-tame dinos. Compare deinons to drakes and wyverns- which are the creatures that share the same taming mechanic, the same 'class' of dino- and you can get many more levels on a deinon despite the lower level cap. Slvr
All tames can't go above level 449 so I don't really know what he's on about tbh. A fully mutated level 449 deinonychus is the same level as a fully mutated level 449 rex. Ofc, breeding to that point will take forever, but these guys are ridiculously powerful and there's a good reason for breeding being the only way to obtain more levels. Trust me lol

Does come a bit more into question outside of officials though- Since singleplayer and unofficial servers don't have the cap enabled by default.
