Wild and tamed dino glow effects - want to remove!

I want to remove the glow effects on dinos.  I'm not talking about alphas or aberrants, i'm talking specifically about the pack leader buff and the trikes having glowing red stuff on their faces etc. These particle effects are ugly and horrible and obnoxious. Is there any way to disable or remove them? The actual status effects are fine, i don't care about them, i just don't want the stupid glow on dino's faces etc. I only knew the wild ones were status effects because i have a fancy spyglass that shows me all that info.

Me at night: "What is that glowing red thing? Oh it's just a trike's face with some crap on it."
Me with new dinos: "Yay i got a couple deinonychus! Ugh one of them has a pack leader bonus and it's got yellow smoke all over it's face."

it's not random.  THe highest level gets to be the pack leader, that's pretty darn helpful.  Like you see a pack of wolves but no pack leader means you aren't seeing it but it's there somehwere.  That gives you a good tip on how safe you are when landing near them.

I like most of it. Instead of QoL tags you should have used 'opinion' as it isnt QoL to everyone

Eh, i don't see how it's not QoL.  Needs a setting or way to disable, it's immersion breaking, obnoxious and involuntary.  Why do dinos have random aura particle effects attached to their heads like this is some MMORPG?
