Allow for Element Transfer Option for unofficial servers.

Please let is have an .ini server option to allow us to transfer element from server to server on unofficial. 

I know that there are mods that do this but there are some steps involved where you have to change it to something else, transfer it and then change it back. It would be great if we did not have to do that.

Stackmemore mod has element transfers. No changing it, then changing it back.

Mods that can help with the transfer of element across servers are great, but it doesn't help much for those that can't use them.

As a console player it would be nice to be able to have that it added as a transfer option. 

@Porr, you may want to check out this other post which includes the suggestion to be able to set element to transfer between maps along with a few others.
