Again, Fighting bosses is as pointless as PVP. All it’s good for is bragging, it gives you nothing of value in PVE and that’s the point.

Most of which are only useful for… PVP.

It’s possible to beat bosses with raptors, IF they are high enough in level and you have enough of them. They are pack animals for a reason.

Pit 50 rexes against 500 Carnos, Numbers > Stats also who the hell cares about fighting bosses unless you play PVP or Single-player?

Nerfs are not fixes. Ever heard of Giganotosaurs? The only dinosaur who’s tame stats are LESS than it’s wild stats? Healing JUST by attacking AND bleed? AND a deafening roar? AND it can grab creatures smaller than it? You may as well make the damn thing immortal!

That’d be broken af. Not even WC would add something THAT game breaking.

Then tame more, the more units you have the more damage you’ll inflict.

Unofficial servers are where people usually play anyway. Unless you are a problem child who plays official… which if true you should be ashamed you were even born never mind endorse the cancerous behavior commonly found there. the point is, any creature can be powerful. It’s about NUMBERS not stats.

Literally everything if its levels are high enough… unofficials matter too you know.

I have doubts it will be charcara simply because "it was a 1% difference", wild Card is a bit uncool like that and doesn't seem like something they'd do. No, creature number 3 is going to be something no one has thought of and something that makes sense to the area... Like an extinct parrot, or some kind of iguana, or some other vanity shoulder pet that won't be used in PvP and has no use in PvE. Either way, expect it to be something exotic.

Again, let's be honest. most people only voted for the baboon because they are immature users who think monkey memes are funny (and they aren't). While a smaller percentage of them voted for it because of Name Recognition from the OP (which is unfair since they are a famous ARK YouTuber). That said however, what WC is bringing to the table is sort of cool. Sure it panders to the poisonous PvP crowd, and it's yet another tool to bully players for petty reasons, and it will likely be outclassed by Mr. High Level Yuty and his band of bigger monkeys (or something better at fighting). BUUUUUUT, the new map is A JUNGLE so it kinda makes sense to add some exotic fauna to The Lost Island (I mean Monkeys and Jungles do go hand in hand.) Let's also not forget that we still have Amargasaurus AND a mystery animal... so if you don't like the monkey no one is forcing you to tame one (and you probably will anyway because ARK) Is it Stupid? YES! oh god YES, it's amazingly stupid and I'll never say otherwise. But this is a game with unicorns, Gryphons, Wyverns, A giga that's only bigger than T-rex to make the giga fans shut up (it was actually smaller, dumber, and weaker than T-rex), Glow-In-The-Dark dinosaurs, Alien knock-offs the size of a house, Tameable Spiders (two kinds even), A Manticore and a Dragon as bosses, Liopluradons that are about as magical as can of soup and only exist because of a meme that's been dead LONG before this game even launched, A Dodo wyvern/rex hybrid which leads an army of zombie creatures, and all sorts of strange amalgamations curtesy of an English man with a god complex. I think AN EXTINCT MONKEY is pretty normal in comparison.

Also isn't it part of the lore that Carnivores outnumber herbivores in ARK?

Doesn't Lost Island take place in a lush Amazonian jungle? Unless creature 3 is a river dolphin I doubt it will be a water creature

The chances that Creature #3 being charchara are still up for debate, on one hand it's another carnivore that doesn't much deviate from the others (Giga is overrated and you should be deeply ashamed for both liking it and/or thinking charchara would be anything like it). Tyrannosaurus and Yutyrannus have their roars to make them unique sure, but at the end of the day most of them act the same "Just bite until the enemy dies". and that's regardless if it has bleed or not. Should it be bigger than T-rex? No, not for the sake of accuracy but we already have giga which is already too big for it's own good... we don't need TWO carnivores like that. On the other hand though, who's to say it would have all the abilities of the dossier suggested? The monkey didn't, and it still has some use (even if other animals could likely do it's job better, and it's only real appeal would be used in PvP [which is already a pointless game mode]). so what about Chachara? It could have bleed, but so long as it does something new and different maybe it could in fact be a neat addition. what could it do? I have no clue. Should we rule it out entirely? Eh, not for me to say. I think there are better (and more exotic) animals we could have be #3, and the idea of having it be the runner up due to how close the vote was would be cool. But ultimately it's up to WC. And we all know the devs are about as competent as a screen door on a sinking submarine.

Let's be real here, most who voted for this creature only did so because they think memes are funny (they aren't) It's a neat idea, but it feels redundant to what we already have (climbing walls, pack mentality, Poo flinging, it's a monkey), only real kicker is it's dung disables Tek (which is just kind of nasty more than it is cool). Though the idea of making any animal be the alpha of it's pack does seem to spark some ideas.

Make them new dinosaurs, not skins. otherwise you'll piss off more than half the community
