Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Island and Ragnarok. Transfered across to the Island server now the map was live. Decided to overwrite the old Aberation character and just transfer my Rag character back and forth. Made it to the red obelisk and got my wyvern for scouting. Did a few loops round the island looking for the perfect location to set up camp, only problen is I am way to picky. Wanted somewhere at the coast for waterpens but somewhere fairly central for ease of access to the central parts of the island especially for land dinos. Finally settled down where my old base was back on official, on the west coast in the bay area. Feels like home. The bay allows for water tames but would require cryopods if I ever tame mosas, but I am more of a basil person anyway. So got down my tek transmitter and started building my base. The main build is the usual design (one day Ill change it up...) and I put a small incubator room on the side of it. Ringed the base with behomoth gates to the water, I need to grind out more gates before I can enclose the water section. Met up with @d1nk and tribed up, he found my base before I found him lol. Spent a bit of time on Ragnarok breeding. Bred up the basils again and got a female with the stats and colours I wanted. Now I have the breeders I need, I might transfer the old breeders across to the island for general use until I can get imprinted ones. Also hatched and imprinted a baryoynx for use on the island as well as some more otter breeding.

Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Ragnarok Just a quiet evening tonight. Finished up crafting the owl tower, installed about 15 owls into the stack (OMG the noise !) and got the gachas into place. Also bred up some gachas. Got a breeding male and 2 females. Planning on trying to use these to get some different production gachas such as obsidian, black pearls or element dust, if I get time to do it. Left the two original gachas to produce crystals. Dont think I'll need to go on a silica pearl run anytime soon. Did some stuff around base to prep up stuff for starting on the Island now that Aberation has changed to the Island on the cluster. Did a metal run and smelted it up. Did some otter taming and breeding. Going to use these to help out with gathering Artifacts when on the island.

Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Aberation and Ragnarok Started off the day by finally stripping down my Abberation base in preparation for the server to rotate round to the island. Dismantled all the vaults, fridges etc and gathered up all the useful resources and transfered them across to Ragnarok. Didnt bother dismantling the entire build, just left the shell. Transfered all the creatures I needed and left all the stuff I didnt. Most of the structures, resources and dinos will be transfered to the Island. Didnt retreive the megalo squad from the drake trench couldnt be bothered even with cryopods. Poors things stuck down there.. Spent the rest of the day on Ragnarok. Chased raptor claus a few times. Got some more OP crossbows, finally broke the 500% damage mark with a 550% one, pity it wasnt a bp. Got an ascendant dire bear saddle but no sign of the dream rex bp. Bred up some rexes, in preparation for the Island map comming online in a few days. Finally got the next gen of breeders completly sorted out with all the good stats from the breeders onto a triplet egg 1 male and 2 female. Hatched up the rest of the clutch and kept the 9 good spares and imprinted those as far as I could, got them all to 88%. Not that these are the best rexes, seriously doubt they will cope with the harder bosses, but its something lol. Also started to build one of these Snow owl/gacha towers so I can attempt to get some loot out of the gachas while I do stuff about the base. Got the skeleton of the build sorted out, probably get about 20 owls in there if I squeeze them all in. I really need to get some gachas with black pears or something for this build...

Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Ragnarok Spent a quiet Christmas Eve evening raising up a clutch of wyvern eggs. Went out to the highlands to get some milk. I had hoped to take on an alpha wyvern for easy milk but no luck so I had to resort to downing females in the community wyvern trap. Went much smoother than expected, downed enough females to give me more than enough milk for what I wanted to raise. The new op crossbow I got from Raptor Claus worked like a treat to know out even the high level wyverns quickly. Hatched up one of each type of wyvern, a high level Ice, lightning, poison and fire and imprinted on them all to 100%. Just need to name them and I cant wait to level them all up, a few of these are definitely going across to the island map when it roates round. Also hatched up two of the low level ice wyvern eggs I had put aside for taxidermy puposes. Havent bumped them off yet but Ill do that at some point so that I get 2 dermises from each.

Fair enough ? If the imprint issue with the cryopd is ever resolved I might go for a good high one eventually. Did one giga on official when I was part of tribe and even then only got it to maybe 50% if that... never again...

You crazy person ? I could only be bothered to get my Extinction gigas up to 30% imprinting hahaha. Congrats on getting that ! Couldnt face the 6 hours of constant imprinting. Still wreck face with everything mind you... but a 92% imprint... jealous.

Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Ragnarok Spent the evening hunting wyvern eggs. Want to raise some good wyverns up for the Island when the aberation map on our cluster swaps over. After a raptor cluas chase I noticed a 180 Ice Wyvern on the murder snow so I looked nearby for its nest and hey presto a 180 Ice Wyvern egg in a nest. Am glad I spent the last few nights clearing out the spoiled eggs for that. Tried to lose agro of the 180 wyevrn which I did, just incase it hung around and spawned more eggs in, but no doubt itll just despawn. Went across to the highlands for some high level fire and lightning eggs. Fired up the wyvern shredder and started looking for eggs. Having way too much fun leading the wild wyverns to the turret battery. Found a lot of high level lightnings and a few poisons but I didnt have any luck with fires. Traded @d1nk a 170 lightning for some hard poly.

Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Ragnarok Not much today. Crafted up a few heavy turrets and auto turrets and installed them onto my wyvern trap outpost. Plan to use to make wyvern egg raiding easier. Cleared out the trench of all the spoiled eggs, hopefully I got them all. Turrets shreaded everything. Took out a 170 alpha wyvern on my fire wyvern, didnt even get a level on myself or my wyvern haha must be too high a level. Chased raptor claus. Got the usual loot nothing to exciting except a asc flak chest peice and an mc gasbag saddle. Also had fun landing on the drops. Finished up the basilosaurus I started raising last night ready for breeding proper ones to use.

Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Aberation and Ragnarok Started of the night on Aberation. Began to strip down my base in preparation of the server changing to the island map. Went on the hunt for a high level male featherlight I still needed. Went looking on tge route down to the drake trench but no luck. Ended uo in the Elemental Vault where I found my 150 female. Tamed up a medium level one near the cave entrance but I lucked out on a 150 male in the room before the artifact. Nearly died multiple times so didnt fancy going all the way. An athro got all my armour and I got swarmed a few times by seeker and megalos. Hoped onto Ragnarok and transfered stuff over. Went on a Raptor Claus hunt but no luck at all tonight just the usual rubbish. Bred up my basilos again. Struck lucky with a set of male/female twins with the good stats. Kept an extra female with the blue colour I liked despite it not having the high stamina. Traded with @d1nk, got some of his shiny new quetzal eggs and I traded some of my giga eggs and some baby basilosaurus.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Ragnarok Spent most of the evening chasing Raptor Claus. Mostly got guff but got quite alot. On the second run of the night got a crossbow bp with 400+ damage, was happy with that. Then on the third run out of the first drop got not 1 not 2 but 3 400+ premade crossbows (pity the 480% was premade). Got some good saddle bps but still waiting for the dream rex saddle BP. Went back on the hunt for a high level female basilosaurus to go with the high level male. First one I find was a 130 so tamed that up right away. Decided to start the breeding to tty and get a good breeding pair with a mix of the good stats. So I flew back to my old abondonded base (current base is landlocked) with the waterpen and fired up the generators again. Felt good to be back using the base, I put alot of effort into it and I am glad to actually start using the water pen I built. Tried a few gestations but no luck with any of the babys. Maybe tommorow. Finally, I got 2 vegy cakes out a Raptor Claus lootcrate so I took the opportunity to go and tame a breeding pair of ovis. Went to the highlands and tamed a 130 male and 50 female. The plan is to breed up a mass and keep a batch of ovis in crypods to use for taming on the go, might even just keep them as babys in the pods. So if I see that high level female yuty I need, just grab a crypoded baby ovis and...

Xbox - Unofficial Nitrado Server - Ragnarok Spent the evening chasing Raptor Claus around the map. Was great fun. Didnt get anything too much exciting but enjoyed it all the same. Still trying to work out the best way of feeding the gacha clauses but I eventually got a xmas tree and present. Realy think these christmas decorations should have been craftable rather than a loot drop, but I'll take it. While I waited for raptor claus to come round again I went on the hunt for a high level basilosaurus. Very quickly found a 145 male so tamed it up. Didnt find any high level females so I need to keep looking. On one of the Raptor Claus chases @SaltyMonkey pointed out a 145 yuty to me. Been meaning to tame yutys for boss fights for ages. It was absolutly awful coloured, completely red but that level isnt to be sniffed at so I got it into a taming trap I had nearby and tamed it up.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Hoped back on to Extinction. Found @d1nk base close to mine. Neighbours again lol. Went on a hunt for another OSD drop but didnt find any so took a detour to the desert cave to investigate the loot. Went in with a giga and it was easy to get through the cave. Found a few of the cave drops but nothing wonderful in them. Got myself the Artifact of Chaos. Went back on the hunt for another OSD. Didnt find any but found an easy element vein so took it on with my giga. Was a walk in the park. The only problem I had was that the giga isnt best suited for defense and I swear I did more damage to the nodes than the corrupted dinos did. Harvested up the veins and got some elemet, should have brought a hatchet. Them took on an medium element vein. Again was straight forward enough, thr giga probably did most of the damage lol. Was never over welmed at any point but the arthros reflection of my gigas damaged probably cause the most damaged to my giga. Harvested up alot of elemet. Now just need to break all the element down and send it back to Rag and build it up again. Also hoped quickly on to Rag to build up a grinder. Had a dunce moment when I tried to use @d1nks grinder, been a while since I have used a grinder and couldnt work out how to use it even when allied. Didnt realise my mistake until I built my own one. Found out the resource give back from the grinder was capped to one stack of each resource so was extremely disappointed lol

Havent seen anyone by that name. At least there not using that as a character name. Cool I have a look round next time I am on. Got an out post up in the city just to the east of the city ob and also one in the sunken forest.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Finally finished raising the two gigas I was raising. Not too bad considering I only got them to 30% imprinting. Transffered them straight accross from my breeding base in the forest up to the city. Took one of the gigas on a wander of the wastelands. Love just melting everything, was hiting for about 1k and thats before leveling. Even took on a level 95 corrupted giga without an issue. Eventually found a few OSDs. Found a yellow so I decided to give it a shot and see if it would be better than last time. Went like a charm. The only problem I really had was trying not to hit the drop when the mobs surrounded it but the giga just shredded everything. The arthroplura did cause a few issues, I had to keep and eye on the rage bar when chomping on a mass of them. Completed the drop barely breaking a sweat but the giga did lose a good 10k out of 23k health. Just the usual loot nothing exciting. Stopped of by a blue OSD and started the defense but I DCed and by the time I logged back on the drop was gone which wad surprising lol. Eventually found another blue one. It was a bit of a joke with a giga but I did it anway. Tried finding another yellow drop but they were all reds and purples and theres no way I am taking those on lol. Glad to see you back on the server There are terminals you can use within the city walls, dont need to risk the wastelands. Had a quick look out for your base but no luck ? Also tried using your indy grinder but I could only access its inventory . So I have started out farming up the resources for my own one.

Oh thanks Keep forgetting about the perks of being allied with people. I have quiet alot of ascendant mosa and plesi etc platform saddles need grinding lol

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction and Ragnarok Been a while since I was on, Arks been on the back burner for a while, Jurassic World Evolution has taken over. But I logged into extinction for a bit tonight. Unfrozed the juvy gigas I had cryoed and let them grow up a bit more, got them up to 60% maturation before recryoing. Just a few more hours left for the raise. Continued the snow owl project by attempting to get a male bird with all the good colours without the mint green belly. Eventually got a male with all the right colours and even some of the stats. Just need to mate that with my good breeding female in an attempt to get a good breeding pair. Also hatched an owl with a cyan belly mutation which I just had to keep. Not sure if I will end up using it but couldnt pass up the cyan. Hopped on to Ragnarok for a bit to do a desert drop run while I waited on my giga maturation. Wanted to find a few more ascendant giga saddles so that I would have a few more spares although I do already have a few really good ascendant saddles but it would be good to get more. Ended up just getting the usual platform saddles and ghillie. One of these days I'll suck it up and farm the resources for a grinder so I can grind all these platform saddles I have sitting in my vaults.... I'll probably never need to do a metal run ever again lol.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Did a little bit of breading tonight. Started of my snow owl breeding project by mating the wild tames I had in an attempt to get a pair with all the good stats. Eventually got a good female but didnt get a male. Not too fussed as it alows me to bring in the low low male I tamed up for its colours. All I need to do is breed the new female with the low level male and get a pair with all the good stats and the nice white/blue body and black markings while dropping the god awful mint green belly colour from the low level male. Also hatched up two giga eggs. Wasnt going to imprint at all but I did a little bit on both. Got them both up to 30% maturation and 30ish% imprinting before cryoing them for the night. Unless theres a patch real soon for the cryo issue I wont be imprinting them again. Am glad I imprinted them a little bit as it got the health from 18k to 23k and the melee from 205% to about 215%. Should help out a bit rather than the nil imprint i was planning on for these two. Nearly managed to kill myself with my lightning wyvern on the meat runs in the sunken forest. Somehow a raptor managed to get the high ground above me and my wyvern and get the pounce on me just as I used the lightning breath on my wyvern. It killed the raptor instantly as it took me off the wyvern and the breath nearly killed me but it only knocked me out. Never been taken off a wyvern before, but i have been waiting for it to happen. Am definitely feeling the low spawn rates in the forest when it comes to the meat runs, am glad I transfered across my wyvern for breeding purposes, helps out alot.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Just a quick one tonight went on the hunt for a high level female snow owl in the snow dome. I hit the jackpot and the second owl I find is a 140 female so I lure it to my taming trap and tamed it up. Got it back to my breeding base in Sunken Forest, mated it with the high level male I had and stockpiled some eggs for attempting to get a good breeding pair. I also transfered accross some giga and rex eggs accross from my Ragnarok base. Partly incubated the giga eggs before logging. Might raise a giga or two just to see what happens but I wont raise and imprint until the cryopod imprint issue is sorted.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Went on the hunt again for OSDs with my owl. Watched a Blue drop come down just south of the city so I rushed back to base and assembled the OSD team. Ended up having to wait for a meteor storm to finish before leaving the city, glad I wasnt caught out in the wastelands with that. Got out to the blue drop. Quickly set up the defense. Got the three velonasaurs onto turret mode and aggressive and had the hyaenadon war pack anchored onto one of them. Mounted my theri and had two on follow. The drop went without a hitch appart from the fact the velonasaurs werent doing anything, they seemed to refuse to go on aggressive so had to change that manually mid fight. Cleared all 5 waves and got the loot. Loot was a but meh but it was only a blue drop. Spotted a yellow drop just south of where I was, just west of the desert dome so I hightailed it across with the team and set up like before. I knew it was a big jump in difficulty from blue, but my goodness it was a bit hairy at times. It was too much for 3 of my 7 hyaenadons, they died quiet early on, the rest seemed to cope. The two theris took a real beating and I had to get another theri back out of a crypod to cope, should have started with three like the last drop. Had to deal with two enraged trikes but I somehow managed to successfully defend the drop. Again was a bit disappointed with the loot but thats probably just me hoping for too much. I barely started making my way back to base when I got caught out in a meteor storm. It was too far to make a run for the desert dome or the city so had to sit under a cliff in the hope a meteor didnt wipe out my entire team. The meteor storm passed by and I got back to base safely.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Started off by searching for an OSD. As I logged in I heard two come down, so I hoped on the owl and went to check them out. One was a puple and the other red, no way I am taking those on, I want blue or yellow. Ended up not finding any more and didnt see or hear any others for the rest of the night. Kinda wish you could chose the colour of the drop when you activate it... would save so much time lol. Instead went on the hunt again for a high level snow owl. Owl proofed my trap, no way the owls are escaping now. Culled all the low levels but spotted a cool white/blue level 15 so I tamed it up, might be useful for its colours but at least its a source for feeding my gachas. Eventually found a 145 male just a stones throw from my trap, so kited it away from the usual brawl and into the trap. Downed and tamed it, happy days all I need now is a high level female for breeding.

Ditto. Would love to see these types of options available for unofficial. Cant beleive its finally happening lol.

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Not much success tonight, a bit of a failure tonight. Now that I had an owl I scouted about for a OSD to take on. Eventually spotted a yellow drop come down, wanted to try blue first but I was confident I would be able to take the yellow. Got my team out to the drop and cleared the area out, was worried by the close proximity to an elemental vein. The OSD shield went up and I just started to try to get my velonasaur turrets set up when I suddenly clocked the corrupted giga just beyond the shield wall, literally meters from me (ok I am exagerating slightly). I am so lucky I just didnt run into it running to the drop. Noped outta that OSD faster than you could say corrupted gigas are panseys. Got the team back to saftey of the sanctuary. Flew out back to the area and threw out my velonasaur from a cryopod. Shredded the giga from above on a cliff incase another osd came down there later. Ended up back on the hunt for another snow owl to tame in the snow dome, this time on the back of my owl rather than ground gaming it. Had great fun dog fighting the low level wild owls. Eventually settled on a 125, so got the taming trap down on a cliff and lured the 125 into the trap. Made the sudden discovery that my trap design is griffin and argent proof but not owl proof so the owl escaped straight away, apparently they can fit between 2 pillars set on foundations. Second attempt I 'owl proofed' it with what little I had left and got it back in the trap and began to knock it out. As it ran for it with torpor it found a hole in the trap.... I chased it half way across the map into the Sanctuary where I eventually lost it, I swear it despawned in front of me... Need to actually owl proof it with stone doorframes rather than pillars...

Xbox - Nitrado Unofficial Server - Extinction Tried finding an OSD drop to do. Was looking for a blue or even a yellow but could only find a red and purple and theres no way I am doing those with my set up. Decided it was finally time to tame a flier to use to scout out the drops rather than dragging my team across the map on wild goose chases, so went across to the snow dome to tame an owl. Found a 135 relatively quickly, but I accidentally killed it while attempting to kill the daedons and wolves it was after... wasnt impressed... I wish the owls didnt have a death wish, always attacking everything and theyre made of tissue paper. The rest I could find were all low levels. Eventually settled for a 115 and decided it knock it out without building a trap. Somehow eventually got it caught on a cliff when it flew out the snow dome and I downed it. Somehow tamed it out without something murdering it. Uts certainly not breeding material but itll do until I can tame a good breeding pair.
