Flay Posted February 26 Share Posted February 26 Hello, I have a problem and I don’t know where to turn: I wanted to send a request to support, but the problem is that I cannot log in to my support account. This problem has been going on since the release of ARK Survival Ascended - almost half a year! One time I was lucky and the support service website logged me in under this account from which I am now writing. I don't know why, but the support site can't retrieve my details from https://survivetheark.com/. I tried to find help on discord, but was directed to a support site that doesn't work( Does anyone else have problems like this? how can this be solved? I've tried different browsers, disabled plugins, etc... it just doesn't work - no matter where I click. T_T im need help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
