Question About Dealing with ARK File Bloat

I recall that ARK saves info about every single Dino spawn that occurs on it permanently, which is part of the reason I uninstalled it in the first place. Since I am looking to try a modded run instead of a more "Vanilla" single player run, is there a way for me to periodically delete the info of the deceased dinos?

Where did you get that idea, I've never heard this before, ever. I've been running a private server for years now and have never seen any evidence that this is happening. The evidence I would would be save files that constantly get larger, and I've never seen any such thing.

So, if there's any truth to this it would be quite helpful if you could tell us what sort of evidence was presented to support this idea.

Honestly, it is what I vaguely remembered from what I last played years ago, so I'm going to assume you are correct and that it is not, indeed, the case.
