Dino Spawning

It would be cool if instead of just dinos spawning where they spawn, a group is spawned on world creation but then herds/packs actually move around the map and stuff, and breed and raise their own young, of course there could be a few population control measures:

if at a cap they slow down and eventually just stop breeding until some die

if a herd/pack is depleted they breed faster, eggs/gestation is faster and babies grow faster

if a creature goes extinct then after some time a new herd/pack spawns somewhere

and stuff like that, packs should hunt down herds/smaller creatures, some creatures/groups can decide to run away or fight back based on enemy strength, or just start running when they think they can no longer win, as opposed to just individuals running off when they are about to die/ko (tho individuals can still retreat sometimes if they need to heal)

that would help a lot to make the game more realistic.

That's not how animals live.

Most carnivores, for example, are solitary or live in small family groups and they don't just wander all over the world. Lots and lots of animals (both carnivorous and herbivorous) are territorial and live their entire lives within their established territories. There's a reason you don't see wandering herds of llamas running through North America, packs of tigers wandering through Central Europe or flocks of penguins running through the middle east spawning baby penguins everywhere.

Sorry but no, it would be much less realistic.

Most species tend to live in specific biomes with movement into other biomes usually being very slow, evolving over a period of many years or even centuries. Some species can quickly adapt to being transported into new biomes, but most species don't do well if this happens.
