make chat local or tribe by default

Many newcomers have problems to find TAB and select  tribe chat channel  after  enter/return even after asking them to use TAB or INS (Light description for retarded idiots).

Make chat local or tribe by default and make it so to remember settings done with TAB.

As is now whatever channel you have used next time enter/return always open in general chat.

That need to be changed and next time you enter chat - channel you were using last time should open.

Can be other solution too or whatever.

Now how is we end to not being able to chat as chat  is full of some newcomers who crated tribe and use general chat instead of tribe chat.
