Add function to Portal to enable for Alliance only
Hi, alot of us on our server is wanting an option to enable Teleporters to alliance only, today you have only public or not public(tribe only).
We want only tribes in our alliances to be able to jump through the teleports. Today we are always communication to turn TP on, and once the visit it done, tp is set to not public.
