When you are working daytime with a full time job, it's really hard to do the imprints over a 8 hours schedule. The best would be a 12 hous schedule, This way I could do an imprint at 6pm when I'm back from work and another one at 6am before I leave to work.
I know it's a down size for people doing all the effort of 8 hours, maybe 1 way would be to have a choice when you start the imprints: 8hours rotation for 100%: 12 hours rotation for 95% total or something similar.
